AN INTERVIEW WITH LIFESTYLE

Lifestyle Magazine
Wellness Special 'Dear heart 1' on September 2011 Issue

Coach Carl shares his sentiment with Lifestyle on the September issue of Wellness Special.  His 2013 resolution - To share his experience with others and encourage healthy lifestyle to all.

AN INTERVIEW WITH THE EURASIAN ASSOCIATION, SINGAPORE

Driven By PASSION

Our head coach, Carl Benito Varella has an interview with "The Eurasian Association, Singapore" for the inaugural Singapore National Games (SNG) held in September 2012.

There is no age limit to your favourite sport!  Aside from the health benefits of physical activity, sport is important for learning life skills such as teamwork and stress reduction.  If we can spend less time sitting in front of the TV and/or computer everyday, this would not only help address the obesity crisis but improved concentration power and perform better in your daily routine.

At the age of 44, Coach Carl has attained his football coaching certificate with AFC!  Our heartfelt congratulation to him for his new achievement.
